MG line - Mechanical Shears
The MG line 4 mm series Mechanical Shears are equipped as standard with ball transfer tables for easier sheet feeding and reducing marking on the materials.
The MG line Mechanical Shears are Standard with 750mm motorized ball screw back-gauge.
The MG line Mechanical Shears with Steel construction frame and Reduction Gear is designed for perfect cutting quality of sheet metal. These machines are ideally suited for light gauge metal shearing requirements. The silent running, direct drive sytem with brake motor and low cost energy-consumption provides efficient operation at an economical price.

HVS Line

HVS Line - CNC Variable Rake Shears
UZMA HVS variable rake shears are produced by construction of Steel into a very rigid structure to allow minimum deflection during the operation. The rake angle adjustment is done hydraulicaly, reducing the rake gives an advantage in reducing distortion on thin narrow strips also increase the cut quality and cut per minute. Cutting beam on HVS variable rake shears has hardened slide ways working between roller bearings, so lubrication is eliminated and blade clearance adjustment can be done easily in mechanical or hydraulic system. The UZMA HVS variable rake shears are equipped with CNC control unit. When operator simply enters the material type, thickness, cutting length, cutting width and the CNC will automatically calculate and set the blade clearence, rake angle and back gauge position accordingly.

HSB & HSB-E Line

HSB Line - CNC Swing Beam Shears
HSB swing beam shears has Steel constructed frame with the usage of rigit structural Steel, and by design construction ,machine provides reliable, fast and accurate shearing. The one piece welded frame is machined at one time on a CNC moving column machining center, the upper beam (swing beam) has a very rigit box frame Steel construction and this allows the rake a angle of the upper blade to be at very low level, this is the point for reducing distortion in the sheared part. As Standard on UZMA HSB shears, backgauge bar swings with the cutting beam to prevent material from jamming and additionally to feed longer sheets, the backgauge bar swings up automatically after the travel of the backgauge to the end position. UZMA HSB Line swing beam shears has two series, HSB-E Series (Economical) and HSB Series (Standard). HSB Standard Series are the fully hydraulic, heavy duty models and HSB-E Series are the lighter version models with spring system cutting beam return movement.
